TRAINING PLANS

For Triathlon, Running, Indoor Rowing and Swimming

Thirteen years as an elite high performance athlete, multiple World Champion and Olympic Medallist in TWO sports gives Rebecca a distinctive insight into sports performance.  Coupled with her academic and industry recognised qualifications Rebecca has now produced Premium Training Plans for you to follow to train for your next event.

These plans let you focus your time on training and take the guesswork out of planning your training.  Through carefully planed progression and recovery you will gain the fitness and confidence required to be successful on race day.

 

All the plans have been created to provide a detailed and structured (periodised) training programme to give great value for money.

These currently include:-

  • Triathlon Training Plans (Ironman Training plans, 703. Training Plans)

  • Running Plans,  (5km Training Plans, 10km Training Plans, Half Marathon, Marathon Training Plans)

  • Indoor Rowing Training Plans  (2000m Training Plans)

  • Swimming Training Plans. (Front Crawl technique Plans)

 

We are working on plans for Olympic & Sprint Distance Triathlons as well as for Cycling events (Time Trialling & Sportives)

TrainingPeaks® is an web based system designed to let athletes & coaches to structure their training. It lets them monitor fitness levels and performance. By doing so they can achieve the results and goals they have targeted.
