10 week Technique Focused Swimming Plan
OVERVIEW - This 10 week plan is designed to take you through 2 main technique phases, Posture and Alignment. With 3 sessions per week this 10 week plan will take you through 30 swim sessions to bed in improved technique for these two main aspects of front crawl swimming.
WHAT IS THIS TRAINING PLAN FOR - This plan is focused towards improving your front crawl technique. By working on three areas for an extended period the focus is getting the body position in the water correct so that movement through the water is efficient as possible.
WHO IS THIS TRAINING PLAN FOR - The plan is for swimmers looking for a programme to improve their technique. It is for the triathlete looking to improve their swim during the off season.
