Thirteen years as an elite high performance athlete, multiple World Champion and Olympic Medallist in TWO sports gives Rebecca a distinctive insight into sport performance.  Coupled with her academic and industry recognised qualifications Rebecca has now produced Premium Training Plans for you to follow to train for your next event.

TrainingPeaks allows you to purchase these plans and follow the daily sessions prescribed through to your event.

These currently include Ironman Triathlon Training Plans, Indoor Rowing Training Plans and Swimming Training Plans.
